Returns & Refund Policy

Important Notice

Custom OEM/ODM orders with personalized branding, modified software, or custom shell designs are non-refundable. Standard (non-customized) products are eligible for return under the conditions below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The return must be pre-approved by contacting our team at [email protected].

Return Conditions

  • The machine must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned
  • The machine must not have been modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom OEM/ODM orders with personalized branding
  • Machines that have been used in a clinical setting (hygiene reasons)
  • Consumable parts and accessories (laser tips, filters, etc.)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper operation

Return Process

  • Contact our team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  • If approved, you will receive a return shipping address and instructions
  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective machine, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Shipping Costs

For standard returns (change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective items, we cover all shipping costs.
